Where good ideas come from

At the recent Economist “Innovation Forum 2013″ event, held in Berkeley, California, Tom Standage, Digital Editor of The Economist interviewed Steven Johnson, author of several books including “Where Good Ideas Come From”, about what companies can do to foster an innovative culture. His suggestions included staying away from meeting rooms, nurturing the spirit of the coffeehouse and thinking of innovation as something that happens all the time, not just on special “creative” days.
